Mozolowski & Murray will take care of any planning applications and building regulations issues on your behalf and keep you fully informed as to progress and status via our team. Your Designer will take you through the process at the Consultation stage and confirm the finer detail at the Order Placement Stage.
On placement of your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team who will take you through the process from that point through to completion of your structure. This process will be confirmed in writing along with a 'soft schedule' installation date. At all times throughout the life of the project you are kept fully informed on progress.
At the earliest appropriate opportunity, Mozolowski & Murray will arrange for a detailed site survey to be conducted, where accurate interior and exterior measurements of your house along with digital photographs and video footage of the site access and construction area are taken. The purpose of this survey is to ascertain all of the critical dimensions to the millimetre and to take full account of all aspects of the site such as wall construction, drainage, site access, and any other factors.
On receipt of the survey information our Technical team are able to generate an engineered version of the design concept. The drawings will be sent to you for approval and will form the basis of the detailed manufacturing drawings.
