Once the Drawings have been approved they are passed to the Manufacturing team who will procure then fabricate them entirely from scratch in accordance with the technical drawings. Where appropriate (eg. complicated hips or valleys) elements, or in some cases the whole, of your structure will be trial built to ensure accuracy.

Once the installation has begun, the site is supervised regularly by our building services and installation managers and you will receive daily courtesy calls from our customer services department to update you on progress and answer any queries you may have. Upon completion of the works and full payment we will send out your receipt and guarantee. At this point we apply for the completion certificate, which normally takes around six to eight weeks to obtain. Once we have received your completion certificate we send it out to you along with your building warrant, planning permission and listed building consent as applicable.
